I tried a temporary solution of going in to Ease of Access - Keyboard - And turning on Filter Keys. I've never had the problem before, I can't find it on google (sticking keys using brings up 'how to clean your keyboard' tutorials) and it didn't start until after the upgrade to Windows 10. Up again causing havoc while I'm trying to work. The keyboard key ` or ~ keeps sticking and constantly pushes itself unless I turn off my computer and even though that fixes it briefly, it starts Alright so ever since I upgraded to Windows 10 I've had THE most frustrating problem with my laptop's keyboard.
